Biringan

 Samar's legend tells of a lost city called Biringan. It is said to be the home of Encantos, a portal to another world, and also to where those kidnapped by Encantos are brought.

Sailors near the coast of Samar reported seeing a brightly lit metropolis in the middle of the sea.
